The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services through clinical assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination, and connection to community resources. This role supports individuals and families by developing effective treatment plans, delivering trauma-informed care, and documenting progress to promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family counseling.
- Deliver crisis intervention services.
- Complete accurate progress and clinical documentation.
- Refer clients to appropriate community and support resources.
- Coordinate care with clients, families, and service providers.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
- Proficiency in psychosocial assessment.
- Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Training in trauma-informed care.
- Experience with crisis intervention.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and care coordination.
- Strong active listening and empathy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in clinical social work.
