Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Perform 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits in an outpatient setting
• Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
• Design functional treatment programs focused on progressing patients toward discharge and return to community activities
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
• Participate in student supervision programs as assigned, including development of learning objectives and completion of student evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
• Adherence to state Physical Therapy Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Ability to ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance authorizations
• Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and safe patient handling practices
• Compliance with all professional codes of conduct and organizational policies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Experience with student clinical supervision and mentorship
• Active involvement in continuing education and professional development activities
