Please note time off requests must be disclosed withinitial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after theacceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. Circulator RN Large OR experience required; Ortho, EENT, and/or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomedto fast paced environment. Must havesuccessfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. CERTIFICATIONS: BLS required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS, (ACLS, and PALSif obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, AmericanHealth and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Candidate must be able to scrub. Shift days 0700-1530 Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends(2 per month), on call (15 days per month), and holidays required. Travelers are first to floatwithin facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanentassigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or sameshifts. ORIENTATION: First week of the contract, not to exceed40 total hours, and includes EPIC training (Epic test out available, if has used Epic in last six months) SCRUBS: Required provided
