Key Responsibilities:

• Support machine operations by unloading trays of cards, inspecting for defects, and loading approved cards into feeders to maintain continuous production flow.

• Uphold quality standards through careful inspection of materials and organization of supplies at each work station.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety for all team members.

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols diligently.

• Assist machine operators and supervisors with additional tasks as needed to support team goals and production deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to perform all essential job functions safely and effectively.

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.

• Reliable, punctual, with a commitment to regular attendance.

• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required.

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.)

• Every other weekend

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.13 per hour
