Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4

Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager – Level 4 – manages plant facilities, infrastructure, and equipment on a large‑scale production campus. Responsibilities Supervise and develop trade personnel and salaried staff, handling recruitment, training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Manage production machinery and equipment, directing emergent, corrective, and preventative maintenance activities. Plan, schedule, and allocate department resources to ensure priority projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, design, and build requirements while applying appropriate policies and procedures. Resolve scheduling conflicts and equipment‑repair issues promptly, providing technical guidance as needed. Qualifications Prior management and/or leadership experience in a heavy industrial plant setting. Prior maintenance of critical machinery and equipment systems. Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance. Desired Skills Facility Maintenance Supervisor experience specifically in Mechanical and Electrical Operations. Experience leading effectively in a challenging environment with all levels of personnel, including internal and external customers. Technical skills and knowledge of critical equipment maintenance that supports the product and infrastructure systems. Location Palmdale, CA. Security Clearance Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Secret clearance. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary range varies by location: $90,200 – $179,860 and includes incentive plan eligibility.
