We partner with leading artists, festivals, creators, and brands across the US and Asia. About The Role We are hiring a Brainrot Intern - a genuinely chronically online character who breathes internet culture and Gen Z humor. You'll own ~85% of the brainrot content across Clouted's channels: the memes, the trends, the unhinged-but-on-brand posts that make people stop scrolling. If you can feel a trend before it peaks and turn it into content the same day, this is your canvas. You also will serve as a subject matter expert of brainrot content for the wider marketing team, sharing your learnings, perspectives, and findings on a weekly basis for how we bridge our company and clients to online culture. What You'll Own 1. Brainrot Content (85% of output) Own the majority of Clouted's brainrot/meme content across our channels. Ideate, create, and post culturally native content — fast, funny, and on-brand. Ride trends the moment they emerge; if you see it, you're posting it that day. 2. Culture & Trend Radar Live at the front of internet culture, Gen Z humor, and platform trends. Bring formats, sounds, and references to the team before they go mainstream. 3. Iteration Track what lands, double down on what works, and kill what doesn't — quickly. Help evolve Clouted's voice and comedic sensibility on social. What Success Looks Like Clouted's channels feel genuinely native, funny, and culturally current. Brainrot content drives measurable engagement and reach. You're consistently early to trends, not late. Your output needs minimal direction and maximum vibes. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Are truly chronically online with an encyclopedic grasp of internet culture and Gen Z humor. Have an instinct for what's about to pop off. Can turn a trend into a post in hours, not days. Take pride in owning content end-to-end without hand-holding. Requirements A portfolio/links of content you've made or accounts you run — required. The funnier, the better. Deep fluency in TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and meme culture. High agency and fast turnaround. You do not need to be an active college student to apply.
