About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate / Sales Executive Assistant to support our Sales leadership team. This role will act as a key operational partner, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, retailers, and leadership initiatives.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in execution, communication, and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales leadership, including attending meetings and capturing action items, follow-ups, and priorities
• Manage and maintain B2B systems, including SKU setup and product loading updates
• Coordinate and manage calendars, key deadlines, and deliverables across internal teams and external retail partners
• Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Ensure all presentations and reporting materials are up to date, accurate, and delivered on time
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for presentations, briefs, and key deliverables
• Track project timelines, including rough drafts, revisions, and final deliverables
• Support retailer-related timelines, including product launches, updates, and key account deliverables
• Proactively identify gaps and ensure tasks are moving forward without delay

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, operations, project manager or executive assistant role
• Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable managing data, tracking, and organizing information)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and acting as a liaison between teams
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in CPG, retail, or sales operations
• Familiarity with B2B systems or product/SKU management
• Experience supporting senior leadership
