What You'll Do

Greet customers and provide a professional, positive service experience
Schedule service appointments and coordinate shop workflow
Create and communicate repair estimates
Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs in customer-friendly language
Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
Monitor work progress and update customers on repair status
Process invoices and collect payments
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Help keep daily shop operations organized and running smoothly

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
Diesel, truck, automotive, agricultural equipment, or mechanical industry experience is a plus
Experience working in a repair shop environment preferred

Skills & Attributes

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
