Email Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. Responsibilities Build, schedule, test, and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns across Sports Card Investor, Market Movers, and CardsHQ. Manage newsletters, promotional campaigns, product launches, feature announcements, and customer communications across all brands. Develop creative campaign concepts, messaging, and customer communications aligned with brand objectives and business priorities. Maintain and manage the marketing communication calendar to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution. Build, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys including onboarding, retention, re‑engagement, loyalty, and win‑back campaigns. Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and subscription activity. Create targeted customer experiences that improve engagement, retention, conversions, and customer lifetime value. Support email, SMS, and customer communication strategies for retail promotions, product releases, card shows, trade nights, and special events. Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content, Product, Retail, and Ecommerce teams to align campaigns with company initiatives. Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click‑through rates, engagement, conversions, and revenue contribution. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize subject lines, creative, messaging, layouts, and calls‑to‑action. Maintain email deliverability, sender reputation, list hygiene, and audience management best practices. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance. Support the development and execution of scalable marketing automation programs that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Ensure a consistent customer experience and brand voice across all customer communications and marketing channels. Qualifications 1‑3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
