Licensed Property and Casualty Agent

Working remotely, the Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will manage escalated customer inquiries, provide product consultations, and resolve issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities: Answer incoming communications from customers and conduct research to resolve their issues Provide consultations on products with compassion and integrity Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed Required qualifications: Active Property and Casualty License At least 6 months of customer service experience Proficient in product or service knowledge and maintaining customer privacy Computer experience with high-speed internet (>25 mbps) Access to a smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log-in
