Infrastructure Manager

EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a Top 50 CPA firm to identify an Infrastructure Manager . This role is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing secure and scalable Microsoft Azure infrastructure supporting enterprise applications. The position leads a team of administrators, oversees day‑to‑day infrastructure operations, and partners with leadership on technology strategy in a highly regulated environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in Azure environments Strong hands‑on experience with Azure networking, Windows Server administration, and automation tools (PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform) Experience with cloud security, identity management, monitoring, and disaster recovery Proven leadership and project management experience Key Responsibilities Lead the design and operation of Azure and hybrid infrastructure solutions Oversee daily cloud and on‑prem infrastructure operations, ensuring performance, security, and compliance Support automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and CI/CD initiatives Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure team Contribute to long‑term infrastructure strategy and technology roadmaps Nice to Have Azure certifications Hybrid cloud and on‑prem integration experience Exposure to containerization or DevOps practices As a recruitment and workforce management service, we are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity in all recruitment processes.
