As such, REEL delivers “performance-based” solutions and is qualified by AIRBUS as one of their 65 “Strategic Suppliers.” Poste JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective As a maintenance planner, the individual will be responsible for providing reliable and organized maintenance planning activity to ensure efficient operation of the maintenance contract. You will support the Director and maintenance foreman through a variety of tasks related to maintenance planning. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Manages maintenance plan and related work orders. Organized them and take appropriate action based on inspection reports. Prepare key performance indicator to monitor maintenance contract execution. Involved with supplier coordination, Follow the deadlines and monthly task to be executed within maintenance plan in given month and weeks. Populates the equipment/assets sheets in the SAP database with all relevant data, Gathers the information and prepares the monthly activity progress report, Checks the availability of the necessary documentation for the proper execution of maintenance services, Initiate, in conjunction with the Quality & EHS Manager, maintenance audit. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to loud noise from the workshop, Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Position Type /Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 07:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Employee should be also available for overtime based on workload. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Profil Required Education and Experience Minimum of five (5) year’s maintenance planning experience, Demonstrates ability to successfully function in a reactive environment, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, Displays a clear and precise understanding of projects /contracts, tasks, difficulties, and time involved in a given assignment, Attention to detail and problem solving skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP /SAP experience would be an asset, Must be motivated and possess excellent interaction skills, Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
