Compensation & Incentives :
- $40/hour - $55/hour (based on experience)
- Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually , depending on location
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
- Mileage reimbursement & Company-provided cell phone
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities for the Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) :
- Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
- Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications for the Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) :
- Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
