Collections Representative (Vive)

Vive Financial is currently hiring Collections Representatives to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!

This role is based in our office located in Draper, Utah, and you must live within a 60-mile radius.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, collecting on accounts that are past due
• Provide top tier support and service to our customers

THE DETAILS:

• Start Date: Monday, June 10, 2024
• In-Office Training, 100% attendance required: 3 weeks, Full Time, Monday-Friday, 11:30AM-8:00PM
• Full Time Shift Only after Training: Monday through Thursday, 11:30AM-8:00PM, Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
• Rotating Saturdays Required: 7:00AM-11:00AM
• Compensation: $16.00+/HR + BONUS (Additional base pay based on experience)
• 5% Language Differential for those that are verified for Spanish fluency

YOU'LL BRING:

• Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
• Experience deescalating and/or negotiating with customers in a professional environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
• Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, must also be 18 years or older
