Senior Manager, Human Resources Technology

Role Overview Lead the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous evolution of the enterprise HR technology ecosystem. This leader owns the HR technology portfolio end to end, ensuring platforms, data, integrations, and digital capabilities not only enable business objectives but actively elevate the team member experience and position the organization for scalable growth. What You Will Do Develop and execute a multiyear HR technology strategy, own the HR technology portfolio, establish governance, standards, and operating models, partner with HR leadership, continuously evaluate emerging technologies, serve as application owner and enterprise subject matter expert for the Workday ecosystem, and lead prioritization and governance for Workday enhancements.
