Overview

At Glaser Weil, you will work with a team of passionate and driven attorneys on challenging and often high-profile business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters, including financial services, intellectual property, real estate, construction, entertainment and employment cases. The successful candidate will be forward-thinking and well-rounded, with the ability to become a leader both within and beyond the legal profession. This position is based in our San Diego office.

Glaser Weil's San Diego office, established in 2022, strategically positions itself in the city's thriving core business district. Located in downtown San Diego, the office enjoys proximity to major courthouses, transportation hubs and clients.

The office currently comprises a team of accomplished litigators and is on a growth trajectory, welcoming strategic lateral partner and associate hires. The demand for elite trial lawyers in the city has fueled our establishment of a gold-standard litigation office that also leverages Glaser Weil’s full-service capabilities to provide clients with unparalleled results and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Attractive Candidates Will Have

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Impeccable written, verbal, analytical and advocacy skills

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in California.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $245,000 - $290,000. These numbers do not reflect a successful candidate’s total compensation. Base compensation is only the guaranteed component of the total compensation package and does not include discretionary bonuses and the other career-enhancing opportunities of joining the Firm.
