Travel Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - Evening Shift

Location: Englewood, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Evening Shift: 5 PM - 5 AM

Job Description: This position is for a seasoned Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The RN will provide comprehensive care while collaborating with a dedicated team in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor and delivery care for mothers and newborns.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Perform typical procedures such as C-Sections, magnesium drip administration, and cerclage placement.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Precept new staff as needed and contribute to team training efforts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital Labor and Delivery experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRPAWHONN or NCC-EFM certifications.
• Preferred experience with Meditech EHR.
