Universal Radiology Partners of Florida is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join our dedicated on-site team in Wellington, Florida. This role offers flexible weekday and weekend scheduling and is ideal for radiologists seeking full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities within a collaborative hospital environment.

Youll work alongside a highly experienced group of clinicians and support staff in a modern facility committed to delivering accurate, timely imaging and exceptional patient care.

Position Highlights:

• $100,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedule
\n
• Pay structure RVU based
\n
• Weekday shifts: MondayFriday, 5:00 PM 11:00 PM
\n
• Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
\n
• One weekend per month required for per diem roles
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds
\n
• Provide accurate and timely reports to support clinical decision-making
\n
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams on patient management
\n
• Participate in departmental case reviews, quality assurance, and clinical meetings
\n
• Maintain adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
\n
• Complete documentation and communication using hospital EMR systems
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology
\n
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
\n
• Demonstrated experience interpreting multiple imaging modalities
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
\n
• Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts, including one weekend per month
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, hospital-based environment
\n
