Responsibilities:

• Pack lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products into boxes according to production requirements.
• Accurately count products to ensure correct quantities are packed.
• Weigh boxes on designated production lines to verify product counts and packaging accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections, including:
• Verifying labels are applied correctly.
• Checking for bubbles, misprints, and packaging defects.
• Confirming expiration dates are accurate and visible.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow company safety, quality, and production standards.
• Work efficiently to keep production lines running without delays.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous packing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to accurately count and verify product quantities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must follow facility policies regarding personal belongings and workplace procedures.

Pay & Shift:

• 2nd Shift: $18.23/hour
• 3rd Shift: $19.26/hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
