Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

Solvere Te chnical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Norfolk, VA. \n

Responsibilities: \n
\n

\n
• Reviews contract work specifications for quality requirements
\n
• Develops and executes surveillance/inspection/audit plans
\n
• Maintains result databases
\n
• Develops metrics, graphs, and written reports using Microsoft Suite and Navy proprietary software.
\n

\n
Experience: \n
\n

\n
• 5 yrs experience in work specification review per JFMM 4E and NAVSEA Standard Items
\n
• 5 yrs experience with Navy contract clauses, ANSI, ISO, ASQ, ISO 9001, military specifications, and shipbuilding practices
\n

\n
Education: \n
\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in quality engineering, systems engineering, or statistical application (or 5 yrs experience in lieu of degree)
\n

\n
Security: \n
\n

\n
• SECRET clearance required
\n
• Must be able to access Restricted Data (RD) and NNPI spaces
\n
