RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & those needing long‑term care. Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate & lead staff. Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Documentation: Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy. Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes, and expectations for care; guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed. Does This Sound Like You?
