• Free-Standing Nephrology Specialty Care Clinic
\n
• Inpatient/Outpatient Dialysis panel of ~300 patients
\n
• Average number of patients seen: Hospital 11-15 per day; Clinic 13-16 per day
\n
• 1:4 Call Rotation One week (Mon-Sun) Hospital Call Rotation
\n
• Primary coverage at Bellin Hospital with some additional coverage within the city
\n
• Outreach clinics and telemedicine coverage
