As a Project Architect in Dallas, Texas, you will be an integral member of our multi‑disciplinary design team, delivering outstanding program management, planning, design, and construction management services to clients in Texas and across the globe. Responsibilities Collaborate on design projects; brainstorm design ideas, complete design drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, and review project proposals, remaining part of the process from conception through project close‑out. Assist in creating project proposals and completing construction paperwork for buildings. Assist with initial project research and outline project schedules and tasks. Communicate with involved parties – contractors to monitor progress and discuss material selections; clients to interview for programming, note their requests, answer questions, and send project updates; team members to inspire novel designs and integration of systems. Develop detailed plans and shop drawings using Autodesk, AutoCAD, and Revit. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. 10‑15 years of industry experience. Professional Licensure as an Architecture Professional in the United States. Working knowledge of modeling, rendering, and design tools (including Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM360, Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu). Ability to develop and maintain architectural models with strict adherence to project‑specific BIM execution plans, ensuring accurate integration with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models. Self‑driven time management and organizational skills to work independently and lead a team of colleagues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to forge relationships with Project Management, Sales Team, and Clients. Strong knowledge of building types, building envelope assemblies and respective code compliance for fire separations, egress, accessibility, and sustainability. Historical knowledge to act as a Quality Control reviewer of other teams and the ability to generate custom building details or specifications from standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience acting as a topic expert, project team leader, or staff mentor. Interest in personal career advancement, adoption of emerging technologies, supporting office initiatives, and community engagement. NCARB certification to facilitate additional licensure. Experience leading medium to large‑sized teams. Extensive experience with permitting, site observation, contract administration documentation, and project close‑out communication. Salary The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $155,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
