We're hiring multiple Production Workers for a metal finishing facility in the Stoughton area. As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in a specialized steel protection process that ensures metal products are durable and high-quality for customers across the globe.



Role Highlights:

• AM Shift ($20/hr) - 6am-6pm, Monday - Friday, Overtime Saturdays
• PM Shift ($21/hr) - 6pm-6am, Monday - Friday, Overtime Saturdays
• Direct hire permanent position
• Extensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k with match
• Overtime after 40 hours and double-time pay on Sundays

What You'll Do:

• Hang and stage steel parts onto hooks to prepare them for the coating process
• Monitor specialized equipment and skim materials to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish
• Inspect finished products for quality and use hand tools to remove burrs or sharp edges
• Use overhead cranes to move heavy materials safely throughout the facility (with training)
• Coordinate with your team to package and prepare products for shipment
