We are a private dental practice consisting of 3 general dentists, 2 oral surgeon, and 3 dental hygienists who work together as one big dental team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. Daily Responsibilities: Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk Dentrix Software Dental Insurance and medical insurance experience Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service Assisting with billing and insurance processing Entering patient demographics like medical and dental insurance.
