Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery - Travel Location: Vacaville, CA - 95688 Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 12hr-36hr/week Duration: 13 weeks+ (Possible Extension) Local Pay: $80/hr - $90/hr -W2 Pay Travel: $3000 - $3550 Gross weekly (Stipends available above 50 miles) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery to provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery . Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery. Assist physicians and clinical teams during deliveries and procedures. Manage high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric situations. Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with clinical protocols. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent RN experience within the last 3 years . Graduate of an accredited nursing program . Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state where care is provided. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field. 5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (within the last 2 years preferred). 1+ year of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience within the last 2 years. Experience with High-Risk OB patients. Additional certifications such as ACLS and AWHONN preferred.
