Health Advisor – Full-Time | Commission-Based
We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to build a career in health insurance sales and have the opportunity to grow within our organization.
Every leader in our organization starts in the same position: as a Writing Agent . You’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their health insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help them find a plan that fits their situation.
No searching for your own prospects — leads are provided.
This is a 100% commission-based sales position , so your income is directly tied to your performance. For the right person, this creates significant earning potential and an opportunity to build a long-term career rather than simply take another sales job.

What You’ll Do:
- Speak with prospective clients who are looking for health insurance
- Identify each client’s individual or family coverage needs
- Explain available health insurance options clearly and professionally
- Enroll qualified clients into appropriate coverage
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Develop your sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training
Who We’re Looking For:
You do not need years of insurance experience to succeed here. We are looking for people who are coachable, competitive, motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and willing to put in the work required to build a successful sales career.
A health insurance license is required before selling. If you are not currently licensed, we will guide you through the licensing process and help you find the most affordable path to becoming licensed.

There is no guaranteed income or earnings level in a commission-based position. Results vary based on individual performance, effort, sales ability, and other factors. However, there is no traditional salary cap limiting what successful agents can earn.
