Purpose of this positionThe purpose of this position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents care needs and take appropriate action. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facilitys goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living.QualificationsCurrent nurses license in the State in good standing.Supervisory experience preferred.Ability to read and write, speak and understand English.
