This contract-based opportunity offers the chance to work directly with a caseload of 55 students, focusing on speech-only needs that range from mild/moderate to those requiring more extensive learning support.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience or interest in school-based SLP roles
• Familiarity with supporting a variety of communication disorders
• Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage caseloads and document services efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy and interventions to elementary students across two sites
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication regarding student outcomes
• Adapt approaches to meet the needs of students ranging from mild/moderate to extensive learning needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
