Copywriter

Job Description:

• Draft customer-facing communications across Business and FirstNet - ensuring messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice.
• Develop best-in-class, industry-leading service communications including but not limited to Product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents.
• Exemplify passion and expertise for putting customer at the center of every communication.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts.
• Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST

Qualifications :

• 1+ year of Microsoft Copilot AI Agent experience
• Strong copywriting and external communications experience
• Telecom copywriting experience
