Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a Measure Tech at our Saint John, IN location. We offer competitive pay along with a full package of benefits and opportunities for advancement. This position will be full-time with no nights or Sundays. Ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and construction knowledge to accurately field measure for cabinetry designs. This position will be an extension of our sales team and one must have excellent people skills, a strong understanding of the construction process, as well as some basic carpentry skills. A clean driving record is also required.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to jobsites to field measure rooms where Schillings is providing cabinets, tops, trim, and/or flooring
• Visit jobsites to assist sales with product complaints (gather information and take pictures)
• Visit jobsites to make cabinet adjustments and/or install cabinet parts when pre-approved by management
• Review measurement details with sales staff
• Look for potential opportunities while at jobsites
• Report missed opportunities, customer feedback, etc. to management as applicable
• Ability to do window service & repairs (specific training will be provided)
• While at job sites evaluate potential complications with designs

Education/Required Skills:
