Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool Location: Goldsboro – 27534 Employment Type: Part-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 12 Hours/Day | 36 Hours/Week Openings: 5 Positions Pay & Incentives Base Pay: $33.00 – $54.45/hr Evening Differential: +$3.30/hr Night Differential: +$6.00/hr Weekend Differential: +$10.00/hr Specialty Differential (OR/ER/ICU): +$2.00/hr Holiday Pay: 50% added to base rate Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 Retention/Commitment Bonus: Up to $40,000 Pay-in-Lieu-of-Benefits option available Requirements Minimum 1 year nursing experience in OR/ER/ICU unit Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from accredited school Active North Carolina RN License BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) Preferred Qualifications BSN or MSN Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical nursing care Coordinate patient care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Ensure patient safety and continuity of care Deliver quality care in hospital settings Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
