Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing a solution-focused approach to complement your clinical experience and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable and have low acuity levels. This allows you to apply your skills in a supportive environment, focusing on preventive mental health care and risk reduction. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An independent license issued by the state board, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• The capability to make informed clinical evaluations and develop strategic treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a supportive approach toward client interactions.

• Strong proficiency in using technology and online platforms for virtual therapy sessions.
