$56-$60, $9,856-$10,560/month COMPENSATION RATE (depending on experience)

The client is a large retail company.

\n

\n

QUALITY ENGINEER

\n

Test Cases written in the following languages:

\n

\n
• JavaScript, C# (.NET), Python, SpecFlow and RestClient. Candidates with strong experience in other languages and a good understanding of object-oriented concepts are also acceptable.
\n

\n

\n

Tools used:

\n

\n
• Postman – For API testing.
\n
• Python.
\n
• C# .NET frameworks, SpecFlow, and RestClient – For test automation.
\n
• SQL Server – For database validation and queries ● Cosmos DB – For scalable, NoSQL database management.
\n
• Azure DevOps (ADO) – For managing the project lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and test cases.
\n

\n

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

\n

QA Skills and Experience:

\n

\n
• 8+ years’ experience in backend testing using RestClient, C#, Python, SpecFlow, Postman, and JavaScript.
\n
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data validation.
\n
• Expertise in functional, integration, load/stress, and regression testing.
\n
• Strong collaboration with development teams to ensure seamless test automation integration into the CI/CD pipeline.
\n
• Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman.
\n
• Maintaining and enhancing C# testing frameworks.
\n
• Skilled in working with YAML files to create and update test pipelines.
\n
• Utilizing Azure services for debugging and monitoring.
\n
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
\n
• Strong background in performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner.
\n
• Deep understanding of the Payment Domain.
\n
• Proficiency in Azure or GCP cloud services.
\n

WORK ENVIRONMENT

\n

Duration: ASAP start, run through 8/29/2027, and chance to extend.

\n

Daily Schedule: M-F. 40 hours a week, no OT anticipated.

\n

Location: Hybrid, Issaquah, WA.

\n

Hardware: Client will provide all necessary hardware.

\n

Submittal/Onboarding requirements: Client requires a background check & drug screen before start.

\n
