Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives in a dynamic educational setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity focuses on supporting children in school environments, utilizing your expertise to help students gain valuable communication skills. Open to experienced SLPs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFYs), you’ll work with a diverse pediatric caseload through both in-person and teletherapy services.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current SLP license (or eligibility) in Washington State
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome
• Previous experience providing pediatric or school-based speech therapy highly valued
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with communication and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Maintain detailed records and document student progress in compliance with school and state requirements
• Provide direct and consultative services both in-person and via teletherapy
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school-related activities
