Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing assistance to long-term care or skilled nursing facility residents, supporting their daily needs and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Follow established care plans and protocols accurately.
• Support team members in delivering quality patient care.
• Document care activities and resident responses thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and license.
• Proven experience in LTC or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and patience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation required.
