Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY) - Center-Based Job Summary: Shema Kolainu - Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP or CFY) to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. As a Speech‑Language Pathologist at SKHOV, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students through individual and small‑group speech‑language therapy, goal development, and progress monitoring. Responsibilities: Provide individual and small group speech‑language therapy to students aged 0‑12 Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Conduct evaluations and prepare progress reports Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and behavioral staff to ensure comprehensive support for students Participate in team meetings and parent communication to ensure effective communication and parental involvement Requirements: NYS Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) or CFY candidate Must hold TSSLD certification Experience working with children with autism and related disorders preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM 12‑month contract What We Offer: Supportive, team‑oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship (including CF supervision) Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Meaningful work making a difference in children's lives #J-18808-Ljbffr
