Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry‑leading snacks. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize shelf visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays. Order product via tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines. Ensure Sales Representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with management. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude; can work independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed. Ability to perform hard work in fast‑paced environment; meet physical demands up to 25 lbs repeatedly, occasional up to 50 lbs. Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25‑35 miles of Old Bridge, NJ; secondary locations Englishtown, Marlboro NJ. Schedule availability required: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation ranges from $22.55 to $24.55 based on experience.
