Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, transportation and packaging of the finished product, and the safety and productivity of warehouse employees.

Qualifications

Manages all warehouse employees. Provide training of all employees. Ensures proper operation of warehouse department. Monitor inspections of all forklifts. Responsible for all customer returns; administers return authorization form in a timely fashion through accounting and notification of quality department. Ensures that employees observe proper shipping and inventory practices. Ensures that customer releases are shipped on time in full. Ensure delivery of incoming materials to proper departments. Ensure employees understand proper operation and safety guidelines for the forklifts, pallet jacks, battery charger, and shrink wrap machine. Comply with proper packing and skid wrapping procedures and ensure employees are instructed. Responsible for quarterly cycle counts for all inventories. Orders appropriate supplies for department. Applies progressive discipline as required. Assist in the company's annual budget and work within the approved budget. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
