Industrial Maintenance Technician
Ōnin Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime and supporting production goals. The ideal candidate is a multi-craft tech with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience • Strong multi-craft abilities (mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, etc.) • Ability to diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, and production systems • Preventative maintenance knowledge • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. • Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is a plus.
