Now Hiring: 1099 Independent Contractor - Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Valley Wide | Flexible Hours | Independent Contractor (1099) Join the team at Legend DDD Services , where compassionate care meets professional excellence. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support individuals with daily living activities and enhance their overall quality of life.
About the Role:As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll provide hands-on support and compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care tasks such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Administer or remind clients of medications as per care plan
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Observe and report changes in physical or mental conditions
- Document services provided and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
- Valid CNA certification or experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various client needs
- A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours
