Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up for diverse patient populations. In this hands-on role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based care plans, oversee debridement and advanced dressings, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams. You’ll educate patients and families, support prevention initiatives, and contribute to quality improvement. ECHN offers a compassionate, community-oriented culture with strong support for professional growth and interdisciplinary teamwork.
