Occupational Therapist (OT) | Pediatrics

Position: Occupational Therapist responsible for providing individualized therapy services to patients across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations. Uses therapeutic activities to promote health, functional independence, and treatment goals. Coordinates therapy with medical, nursing, and rehabilitation teams, ensuring integrated patient care. Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members. Participates in program development, ongoing education, and supervises clinical interns. Qualifications & Skills Active occupational therapy license in the practicing state. Ability to perform essential functions including effective communication and visual acuity. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience. Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, confidentiality, and adherence to safety standards.
