- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options
- Assist with meal planning, ordering, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Interact with residents, patients, and guests to ensure their dietary needs are met and their dining experience is enjoyable
- Collaborate with other culinary staff members to ensure seamless meal service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Nutrition Services
- Experience in a food service or healthcare setting (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
