Outpatient ICD-10-CM/CPT Coder II

Jobtailor is seeking a medical coder to review clinical documentation and diagnostic results, extracting data and applying ICD-10-CM/CPT4 codes for outpatient encounters. You will assign codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures, using E/M levels and modifiers as appropriate. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree in a medical field preferred, and at least two years of outpatient coding experience; six months of HCC experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
