Position Details Position: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Mission Valley Post Acute Pay Rate: $49-$50 per hour, depending on experience Employment Type: Part-Time Why Join Our Team? Essential Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents throughout the shift. Perform comprehensive resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and medical emergencies. Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants to promote quality resident care. Communicate resident status and changes in condition to physicians, families, and appropriate members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, assessments, and clinical observations. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support positive resident outcomes. Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Qualifications Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license . Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with nursing staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
