Medical Assembler

Our client, a leading Medical Device manufacturing company , is seeking an Operator 1 (1st Shift) to join their team. As an Operator 1, you will be part of the Production/Manufacturing Department supporting the Assembly and Quality Teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , manual dexterity , and a quality-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operator 1 (1st Shift)
Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite – New Brighton)
Pay Range: $18.75/hour
What’s the Job?
- Assemble medical device products following established procedures
- Perform inspection and testing of components and finished goods
- Conduct periodic microscope work (non-continuous)
- Package and box finished products for shipment
- Operate tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers
What’s Needed?
- 1–3 years of experience in a clean room environment within the medical device industry
- Previous assembly experience in medical devices
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Understanding of SOPs; knowledge of FDA and GMP preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
