MRI / CT TechnologistQualified full-time candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Reporting to Regional Manager of Clinical Operations.Employment Type: Full time (3 days per week for 12 hour shifts)Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by providing them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.Primary Responsibilities:Performs MRI and CT procedures as ordered achieving a high level of quality and timelinessEscorts patients to a treatment room and assists with dressings as necessaryCompletes all paperwork necessary to ensure timely delivery of CT servicesExplains MRI and CT procedures to address patient concerns and questionsPractices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staffCompletes related paperwork and obtains interpretation by the radiologistConducts quality control measures to monitor machine performance and reports all malfunctions and/or need for adjustments to the site managerFocuses on customer service and uses courtesy and poise when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors to maintain a professional atmosphereRequired to respond to a medical emergency including administering CPRAssists patients with positioning on the exam table and may be required to assist patients to prevent fallsRequirements:ARRT (MR) and (CT) requiredMust maintain and meet continuing education requirement as set forth by the ARRT1-2 years magnetic resonance experience preferredMust be able to work independentlyExceptional patient skills a mustCPR/BLS certification requiredMust be able to read, write, and speak in EnglishThe pay range for this position is $42.00 to $57.00 per hourIn accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
