WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help grow the agency by developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and identifying insurance solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, referrals, and other outreach efforts
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Follow up consistently and professionally throughout the sales process
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each customer's situation
• Educate customers on coverage options for their homes, vehicles, families, and businesses
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer needs
• Build long-term relationships that contribute to customer retention and agency growth
• Meet established sales and activity goals
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities and support agency growth
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity
• Follow all agency and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a professional, knowledgeable, and memorable customer experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Property & Casualty license required, or must be willing to obtain prior to starting
• Active Life & Health license required, or must be willing to obtain prior to starting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-minded and comfortable initiating conversations
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Previous insurance, sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
• A genuine desire to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the agency
