Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Lima, Ohio

Friendly and physician led small town health system seeks a Family Medicine Physician in and around Lima, Ohio! Located 1 hour from Columbus, Ohio. This is a culture of caring with over 30 specialties available. The role offers a base salary of $240,000 per year plus up to $60k in quality and RVU bonuses, earning potential up to $300,000 per year. Benefits include 1.5 months paid time off in year 1, paid medical and dental, full retirement plan, sign on bonus, moving expenses paid, outpatient practice with inpatient optional, long term disability, 401K, and CME allowance. The physician will work collaboratively with a team of 4-8 other providers, providing patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services. Flexible schedule options are available.
